CS Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed CS Executive and are looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers as per the Companies Act, 2013
• Support in drafting and filing ROC forms and returns
• Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, notices, and other secretarial documents
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA (if applicable)
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments
• Assist in annual filings, incorporation, and other company law-related activities

Requirements:

• Passed CS Executive (Semi-Qualified CS)
• Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and related laws
• Proficient in MS Office and MCA portal
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Prior internship or work experience in a CS firm will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
