About the Role Ashu Gupta & Co. is seeking a motivated CS Trainee to join our team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, and intellectual property matters under the guidance of experienced professionals. We are looking for a quick learner who can join immediately and is eager to build a strong foundation in corporate governance and legal consultancy. Responsibilities Draft legal opinions, applications, petitions, and other legal documents as required. Assist in preparation and filing of statutory documents, ROC forms, and annual returns. Support members in handling SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Draft and maintain minutes, resolutions, and secretarial records. Conduct basic research on company law, insolvency & compliance Assist in trademark law Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for routine correspondence. Qualifications Pursuing or completed CS (Executive or Professional level) from ICSI. Basic understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance. Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
