CS Trainee

We at Areete, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS Trainee to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial functions, compliance activities, and day-to-day regulatory work. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing CS who wish to gain practical training experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and compliance files.
• Support in drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes of meetings, and other secretarial documents.
• Help in filing various forms and returns with MCA and other statutory bodies.
• Assist in conducting Board/Committee/General Meetings and related documentation.
• Work on routine secretarial tasks, compliance monitoring, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting data and ensuring timely compliance.
• Provide support in research on corporate law, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be pursuing CS (Executive or Professional stage).
• Basic understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and related compliance.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
