Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee. The role involves assisting with the compliance of corporate laws and regulations, preparing and filing statutory documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities, and maintaining corporate governance standards. The trainee will also support the drafting of Board and Committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to adapt to evolving legal frameworks will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing statutory documents, meeting agendas, and resolutions
Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and exposure to compliance management software is an added advantage

A preferred candidate should have cleared all levels of exams of Company Secretaryship

Prior internship experience in a similar role, is not required
