We are an unlisted public company and are seeking a qualified professional who will be the guardian of compliance, corporate governance practices, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Company Law and FEMA Compliances
• Draft notices, board resolutions, and general meeting resolutions
• Maintain statutory registers and other secretarial records
• Prepare and file ROC forms and other regulatory documents
• Support the secretarial and legal team in daily compliance-related tasks
• Liaise with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory authorities as needed.
• Knowledge of compliance calendars and timelines

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to learn and adapt to real-world corporate environments
• Research skills – ability to interpret new circulars, rules, and notifications
• Attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality and integrity

Eligibility:

• Must have completed the CS Executive Programme
• Willingness to undergo training as per the ICSI Modified Training Structure.
• Pursuing LLB will be strongly preferred.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 21 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
