The firm is headquartered in Gurugram, serving a diverse and growing client base. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a CS Management Trainee in Gurugram. The CS Management Trainee will assist in the implementation of corporate compliance processes, prepare and review legal and regulatory documents, and liaise with clients and government authorities. They will also support in filings, record-keeping, ensuring statutory compliances, and conducting research and analysis on corporate and business laws. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to provide support on advisory and litigation-related matters. Qualifications Understanding of Corporate Laws, Compliance Management, Secretarial Practices, Intellectual Property Rights, Business Registrations, and related legal procedures Proficiency in Legal Research, Documentation, and Regulatory Compliance processes Effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and manage responsibilities efficiently Pursuing Company Secretary training (enrolled in ICSI) or Commerce Graduate Familiarity with taxation, business funding, and startup regulations is a plus
