We are a firm of Practicing Company Secretaries engaged in providing professional services in the areas of corporate laws, secretarial compliance, legal drafting, accounting, taxation, intellectual property rights (IPR), and RBI/FEMA-related matters. Our work involves serving a wide range of clients including companies, LLPs, startups, and NGOs. We offer an enriching environment for students undergoing training under the Company Secretary course, providing them with ample opportunities to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of corporate and legal compliances as per applicable laws and regulations. We are currently looking for a CS Trainee (21 months training) who has completed or is pursuing the Executive Development Programme (EDP) as prescribed by ICSI. The training at our firm follows a six-day working schedule, enabling students to experience real-time client interactions, compliance management, and professional documentation work. Leaves and holidays are granted in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
