Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CS Management Trainee based in Ahmedabad. The CS Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in administration, managing corporate governance tasks, executing compliance protocols, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation. The candidate will also support strategic decision-making processes, coordinate with different departments, and participate in training and development programs to acquire relevant skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Corporate Governance and Compliance
• Proficient in Administration and Documentation skills
• Good Report Preparation and Analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or related field
• Relevant internship or experience in a similar role is a plus
