About the Role

We are looking for motivated B.Com graduates or CS aspirants who want to build a career in corporate laws, compliance, and company secretarial work. The candidate will support day-to-day compliance activities, documentation, client coordination, and ROC filing under the guidance of qualified Company Secretaries.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing statutory registers, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
Support in ROC filings, compliance documentation, and form submissions.
Maintain client records, checklists, trackers, and filing schedules.
Coordinate with clients for data collection, signatures, and required documents.
Conduct basic research on Companies Act & compliance-related topics.
Handle internal documentation, data entry, and MIS reporting.
Support senior CS team in audits, annual filings, and day-to-day tasks.

Candidate Requirements

B.Com fresher or currently pursuing CS (Executive/Professional)
Basic understanding of company law & compliance (preferred, not mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office, email drafting & document handling
Good communication, willingness to learn & attention to detail
Ability to work with deadlines and maintain confidentiality
