D2C Branding & Marketing Associate

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing collaterals, creatives, and digital assets using Photoshop,
  Illustrator, or other design tools.
• Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies across online and offline
  platforms.
• Manage social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
  to grow brand presence.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Support and manage product listings, descriptions, and creatives on online
  marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads
  and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare
  periodic reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for creatives, packaging, and branding
  materials.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

  Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory).
• Understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to create engaging copy.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to1 year of experience in marketing, branding, or design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Internship or project experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic
  design is preferred.
• Willingness to work from office in Pune.
