Role & responsibilities Manage and execute daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest & other relevant platforms. Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns as per brand calendar. Conceptualize and produce high-quality Reelstrending, aesthetic, jewellery-focused. Coordinate photoshoots and video content with in-house teams & external photographers. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and brand-aligned copy. Monitor engagement, respond to DMs & comments, and build strong community interaction. Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize content strategy. Assist in influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, and event coverage (exhibitions/fashion shows). Support e-commerce listing images, creative edits, festive campaigns, and new launches. Preferred candidate profile 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management (preferably in fashion/jewellery/luxury brands). Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Canva), and basic photography. Good aesthetic sensecolours, layout, brand alignment, luxury look & feel. Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling ability. Ability to ideate and execute fast-moving short-form content. Understanding of influencer marketing and paid promotions is a plus. Passion for jewellery, fashion, and content creation.

Accountant hyderabad 2 - 5 years INR 2.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Manage complete costing for gold, diamonds, gemstones, polki, making charges & wastage. Prepare BOMs, costing sheets, and SKU-level profitability analysis. Maintain accurate weight, purity, stone count, labour & making charges data in SIONIQ. Coordinate with design, production, and inventory teams for real-time costing updates. Track and reconcile inventory consumption, returns, vendor billing & job-work entries. Monitor daily stock movement and support monthly/quarterly physical stock audits. Review and validate purchase invoices, karigar/worker billing, and vendor cost statements. Provide cost variance reportsplanned vs actual. Assist management with pricing decisions, margin improvement, and cost optimization. Support GST-related entries, data exports, and compliance when required. Preferred candidate profile Must have hands-on experience using SIONIQ in a jewellery production or retail setup. Education: B.Com / M.Com / CMA (preferred but not mandatory if experienced). Strong understanding of jewellery costing, making charges, wastage %, bullion procurement, and stone pricing. Good command over Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced jewellery unit environment. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain accurate ERP records.
