Crownstack - Python Developer - Django/Flask/FastAPI

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python with modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, leveraging the latest Python versions and best practices.
• Build and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and Bootstrap.
• Participate actively in architecture discussions, design sessions, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Scrum teams to deliver features within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for refactoring or optimization, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to clean code principles, secure coding standards, and software development best practices across the codebase.
• Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, and customer-centric execution.
• Coordinate directly with clients across various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, technical discussions, and delivery alignment.
• Maintain and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and version control discipline within the development team.
• Support technical evaluations and participate in client-facing interviews or technical discussions during project onboarding when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and at least one major framework : Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a clear understanding of SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with stakeholders and clients.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), or microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments
