Job Description

Senior CRM Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain

    recipes

    in

    Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

    , with at least

    6+ years

    of experience in creating and optimizing these recipes, especially those that involve

    joins

    ,

    lookups

    , and other complex logic.

  • Design and create

    complex dashboards

    from scratch, not simply maintaining existing ones, with a focus on integrating multiple data sets and visualizing complex data in an actionable manner.

  • Develop

    wireframes

    and

    design visuals

    for dashboards (graphs, tables, pages, page sections, etc.) to ensure they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business needs.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design

    dashboards

    that align with business goals, making sure to optimize data accessibility and presentation.

  • Create and optimize recipes

    to bring in the required data for building actionable insights, while also focusing on

    building and designing access requirements

    to ensure users can easily access and interact with the data.

  • Collaborate with the team to

    build the current P360/DBM360 functionality in SFDC CRMA

    , ensuring an optimized, user-friendly solution that streamlines and improves analytics workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with data integration, dashboards, or reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Skills and Experience Required:


  • 6+ years of experience

    working with

    Salesforce CRM Analytics

    (formerly Tableau CRM), particularly in

    creating and maintaining recipes

    .

  • Expertise in developing complex recipes that involve

    joins

    ,

    lookups

    , and other advanced logic.

  • Proven experience creating

    complex dashboards

    from scratch, especially those involving multiple data sets and advanced visualizations.

  • Proficiency in

    Analytics Studio

    (Salesforce CRM Analytics), with strong skills in creating, designing, and maintaining visually appealing and functional dashboards.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for dashboard creation.

  • Experience developing

    wireframes

    and designing visual elements such as

    graphs

    ,

    tables

    , and page sections to present key insights.

  • Familiarity with building optimized solutions for

    P360/DBM360

    functionalities within Salesforce CRM Analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of CRM data, its flow, and how to create meaningful visualizations that support data-driven decisions.

  • Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree
