Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations within 24 hours of receiving a request, using up-to-date pricing and product information for all departments.
  • Raise and process Sales Orders in SAP for all departments (Retail, Govt , Bulk Sales , CDMS , PH , US , ROW , Recc Revenue and other if any), in line with agreed schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support seamless order fulfilment and on-time deliveries.
  • Issue and track demo devices for all departments (Retail , Govt , Bulk Sales , CDMS , PH , US , ROW , Recc Revenue and other if any), ensuring timely return and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer records in ZOHO CRM, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and support enhanced usage across teams.
  • Prepare and submit regular MIS reports for all reporting manager covering quotation timelines, order status, AR collections, and CRM insights etc. Follow up and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable for all departments (Retail, Govt , Bulk Sales , CDMS , PH , US , ROW , Recc Revenue and others if any), coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders and thus achieve monthly targets.
  • Collaborate professionally with the sales team, understand their challenges, and align support to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP, ZOHO CRM, and Excel while managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong communication. 

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with quotation and order processing procedures.
  • Expertise in managing accounts receivable and overdue collections.
