Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Engineer with a strong background in presales consulting to support our growing CRM implementation practice. This role combines strategic consulting, business analysis, and client-facing responsibilities to deliver tailored CRM solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating client requirements into actionable solution architectures and supporting the presales lifecycle through demos, proposals, and workshops.


Key Responsibilities:


Business & Functional Consulting:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and existing systems.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and CRM solution designs.
  • Conduct gap analyses between current-state systems and future CRM capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and well-aligned CRM implementations.
  • Develop user stories, solution wireframes, and process documentation to guide delivery teams.

  • Presales Engagement:


    • Lead client discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and consultative meetings.
    • Act as a solution lead during RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.
    • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with industry-specific use cases and processes.
    • Support the sales team in developing solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and high-level implementation plans.
    • Build estimation models and solution blueprints to guide delivery and manage client expectations.
    • Position the organization as a trusted advisor through clear communication and expert guidance.


    Required Skills & Experience:


    • 8+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years in CRM presales, solution engineering, or consulting roles.
    • Strong functional knowledge of leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, HubSpot), with hands-on experience in at least two.
    • Proven ability to connect business challenges to technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Demonstrated experience leading client workshops, creating proposals, and delivering solution overviews.
    • Experience working across sales, service, marketing, and customer experience use cases is a plus.
