CRM & Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Hygiene Specialist to maintain data accuracy, enforce CRM

standards, and support sales operations within Zoho CRM. This role ensures clean, reliable data that

helps improve sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data hygiene in Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, deals, activities).

• Monitor and enforce sales process compliance.

• Conduct periodic CRM audits and generate hygiene reports.

• Coordinate with sales reps to ensure timely updates and task completion.

• Assist in CRM process improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM management/sales operations.

• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in AEC/outsourcing industry is a plus.
