CRM & Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales Hygiene Specialist at our company, your role will involve maintaining data accuracy, enforcing CRM standards, and supporting sales operations within Zoho CRM. By ensuring clean and reliable data, you will play a crucial part in improving sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining data hygiene in Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, deals, and activities. - Monitoring and enforcing sales process compliance. - Conducting periodic CRM audits and generating hygiene reports. - Coordinating with sales reps to ensure timely updates and task completion. - Assisting in CRM process improvements and documentation. To excel in this role, you will need: - 3 years of experience in CRM management/sales operations. - Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, with preference given to candidates with experience in this platform. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Experience in the AEC/outsourcing industry would be a plus.
