Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the hospital's services.
  • Communication & Coordination:Facilitating clear and effective communication between patients, their families, and hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and other departments.
  • Appointment Management:Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Complaint Resolution:Addressing patient complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently, working towards satisfactory resolutions and service improvements.
  • Data Management:Potentially managing and maintaining patient data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for authorized personnel.
  • Service Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in patient service and communication, and contributing to the development and implementation of solutions.
  • CRM System Management:In some cases, CRM managers may be responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM system itself, ensuring its effectiveness in supporting patient care and communication.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling (If applicable):In some settings, CRM responsibilities may include identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services to patients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, their families, and hospital staff.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  • Empathy and Patience: The ability to understand and respond to patient needs with empathy and patience is crucial.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for managing appointments, coordinating tasks, and handling multiple patient interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve patient issues effectively and efficiently.
  • CRM System Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in a healthcare setting.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and terminology is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
