CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage
customer communication
post-booking to possession
Maintain and update
CRM software
with accurate client data
Coordinate with
sales, accounts, legal, and site teams
for documentation and handovers
Track
payment schedules
, agreements, and registration timelines
Handle
customer queries, complaints, and escalations
professionally
Generate
MIS reports
, dashboards, and client status updates
Organize
site visits, possession events
, and client meetings
Drive
customer satisfaction
and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in
CRM, customer service, or client servicing
(real estate preferred)
Proficiency in
CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong
communication, coordination, and problem-solving
skills
Knowledge of
real estate documentation, RERA compliance
, and handover processes
