The person will have high-quality knowledge on MEP services in construction of Tech Park along with technology & process oriented. Sound Knowledge on Use of softwares like CAD, Revit etc, Energy simulation, Planning tools like MSP, Primavera etc. Latest MEP trends, IER/BEE /AASHRAE/ISHRAE/UPC/NBC etc, Statutory approvals, LEED certified buildings, Grade A + MEP related specifications, Budgeting, DBR, Templates for all documents, Excellent communication skills, Interdepartmental coordination, Managing outsourced consultants, benchmarking of Industry standards in terms of MEP related equipment design efficiencies. LCA of equipments etc. Key responsibilities For Leading & managing MEP related works in the projects department. Responsible for monitoring MEP related works at site as per given GFC drawings. Responsible for getting the MEP As built / coordination drawings from all stake holders for Projects. Collating all the required design documentation and drawings at one place in soft and hard formats. Complete document management system implementation for storage, retrieval& archival of documents, drawings and any other records. To ensure Audits (Quality & EHS) are planned at intervals from PMC/Contractors and get the Audit & compliance reports in place. Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed. Checking the works at site along with drawings and highlight for any deviations etc. Participate in the construction administration of projects for solving queries. Key skills and experience required Should have worked in Tech Park with developers for managing Real estate developments. Should have worked independently in handling Projects of 1 million sft. Technology & Process oriented. Should be a Graduate in Electrical Engineering. Should be computer literate and tech savvy.
