Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer relationships, analyzing data, segmenting the market, and coordinating sales activities. Additionally, the CRM Manager will oversee project management tasks and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Segmentation abilities
• Exceptional Communication and Sales skills
• Proficient in Project Management
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record in managing CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the trading or financial services industry is a plus
• International Experience (USA) is a must to have
• Email & SMS marketing experience is needed
