Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site CRM team and serve as the primary contact for customers.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure smooth handover of units and manage possession process.
  • Maintain CRM data and generate periodic reports.
  • Drive customer engagement activities at the site.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently at the site location.
