Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Manager with extensive experience in Power Pages and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will lead full lifecycle CRM and portal implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and user adoption.This role requires a balance of technical expertise, solution architecture, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery of integrated, scalable, and secure Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects with a focus on Customer Service and Power Pages portals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules.
  • Develop and deploy Power Pages solutions.
  • Create custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules to automate processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and integration specialists to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms such as SharePoint, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
  • Provide training and documentation to business users and support teams.
  • Offer post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor adoption and work with teams to maximize value from CRM and portal platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including Customer Service modules and Power Pages.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM core entities, relationships, security model, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Strong experience with Portal authentication, Security roles and web roles configuration, Custom web templates and CSS/JavaScript within Power Pages
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience integrating CRM with ERP systems or third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and CI/CD processes.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Liquid templates for portal customizations
