Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Proforma Invoice Management:o Prepare Proforma Invoices (PIs) for customer orders and update the Order Booking Form upon confirmation via Purchase Order (PO) or signed Proforma Invoice (PI).2. Order Booking Form Updates:o Regularly update the Booking Form in the Field Management System (FMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date order tracking.3. Document Management:o Upload Proforma Invoices (PIs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Consignee Invoices into the Document Data Management System (DDMS) in compliance with internal processes.4. Customer Database Maintenance:o Maintain and update the Customer Database Sheet by adding new client information and making necessary edits to existing client data as required.5. FMS D2P Sheet Updates:o Ensure the FMS D2P (Delivery to Payment) sheet is updated with relevant details, such as the Telex date and payment terms for each customer order.6. Debit Note Creation:o Generate and issue customer debit notes as necessary, ensuring they adhere to company guidelines and policies.7. Customer Complaint & Grievance Resolution:o Address customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.
