Job description: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Education: Any Graduation.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in CRM.Expected Salary: Depending on experience
Core Knowledge
1. Ability to handle client calls, follow-ups & feedback
2. Knowledge of CRM software or Excel-based tracking3. Managing complaints, queries, and service requests4. Understanding of the company’s products/services5. Preparation of client reports and status updates
Communication Skills
1. Polite, professional communication
2. Ability to coordinate between clients, marketing team & technical team3. Strong WhatsApp, email & phone communication skills
Work Skills
1. Maintaining database of clients.
2. Timely follow-up and closure of pending issues.3. Preparing daily/weekly CRM reports.4. Scheduling appointments & maintaining communication records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
