CRM Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating between clients, sales teams, and other departments to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with clients from inquiry to post-sale support.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Sales Coordination

• Assist the sales team with follow-ups and lead management.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, and documentation with potential and existing clients.
• Track leads and sales progress, ensuring timely updates to the management.

Post-Sales Support

• Manage the handover process, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain and update customer data.
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CRM or client servicing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi, Punjabi language is a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
