Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Hyderabad Department: Customer Relationship Management Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships from post-booking until project handover. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client communication, documentation management, payment follow-up, and CRM system operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey and strong brand representation. Key Responsibilities • Client Onboarding & Communication o Welcome new clients post-booking and explain documentation, payment schedules, and next steps. o Act as the single point of contact for clients from booking to handover. o Respond promptly to queries regarding project updates, payment status, and construction progress. • Documentation & Coordination o Collect and verify required documents for agreement drafting and execution. o Coordinate with the legal team for Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, and RERA compliance. o Maintain organized records of agreements, receipts, NOCs, and possession letters. • Payment Follow-Up & Reporting o Monitor and update payment schedules and milestones. o Follow up on outstanding dues in coordination with the finance department. o Issue reminders, demand letters, and manage late payment approvals. o Prepare periodic reports on customer service, collections, and pending payments. • Cross-Department Collaboration o Liaise with Sales, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams to address client concerns. o Schedule and coordinate site visits, handover meetings, and customization requests. o Support sales and marketing teams with CRM insights to drive growth. • CRM Management o Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, Tranquil, 4QT, etc.). o Track and analyze client interactions to improve engagement strategies. o Provide training/support to team members on CRM best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2–3 years of CRM experience in the real estate sector. • Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
