Role Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships from booking to possession, handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer communications and inquiries

· Maintain and update CRM records and customer data

· Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site teams

· Track documentation, payments, and possession timelines

· Resolve customer issues within defined timelines

· Issue receipts and demand notes

· Maintain accurate and complete records

Qualifications

· Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and trends

· Proficiency in customer retention strategies and a focus on improving customer satisfaction

· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs

· Experience in enhancing customer experience and building long-term relationships

· Sales understanding to contribute to customer acquisition and business growth

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines

· Relevant experience in real estate or CRM roles is advantageous

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
