Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, safety compliance, and coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise on-site construction activities for residential/commercial real estate projects

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers

· Monitor project progress, schedules, and material usage

· Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

· Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements

· Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books

· Verify bills, quantities, and material consumption

· Assist in planning, execution, and timely completion of projects

· Report progress, challenges, and updates to Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Proven experience as a Site Engineer in real estate or construction projects

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

· Familiarity with safety regulations and site procedures

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Preferred Skills

· Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects

· Knowledge of local building codes and approvals

· Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
