Job Description

Role Overview As a CRM Specialist, you will be the voice of the customer within the organization. You will design, implement, and optimize CRM strategies across digital channels to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), improve retention, boost repeat purchases, and strengthen brand affinity. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute CRM strategies that increase retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement. • Segment customer database for targeted campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and app messaging (if relevant). • Plan customer journeys based on purchase behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage. * make daily calls and give customer service to abandon cart customers. * address to customer queries in a prompt manner and track their orders and deliveries . * Maintain reports and excels of sales properly Customer Experience • Map customer journeys and identify pain points to improve lifecycle experiences. • Drive loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and personalized offers. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. • 2–6+ years experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Data-Driven Marketing. • Experience in the food, FMCG, retail, D2C/e-commerce space is a plus.
