Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Relationship Management – Engage with customers, handle queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

✅ Post-Sales Support – Assist customers with documentation, payments, and legal formalities.

✅ Follow-Ups & Retention – Ensure continuous engagement with clients to minimize cancellations.

✅ Payment & Collection Coordination – Manage payment tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.

✅ Documentation & Agreement Processing – Handle client agreements, registrations, and KYC documentation.

✅ Home Loan & Banking Assistance – Support customers in loan applications, documentation, and approvals.

✅ Project Updates & Communication – Provide regular updates on project progress to customers.

✅ MIS & Reporting – Maintain customer databases, generate reports, and track performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Experience: 3-4 years in CRM, customer service, or real estate.

✔ Industry Exposure: Experience in real estate CRM, banking, or financial services is a plus.

✔ Skills Required: Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.

✔ Proactive & Customer-Centric: Ability to handle client escalations and queries efficiently.

✔ Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.

✔ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
