Position: CRM Executive

Location: J P Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)

Experience Required: 3-4 years in CRM / Customer Relations / Real Estate CRM

Key Responsibilities:

βœ… Client Relationship Management – Engage with customers, handle queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

βœ… Post-Sales Support – Assist customers with documentation, payments, and legal formalities.

βœ… Follow-Ups & Retention – Ensure continuous engagement with clients to minimize cancellations.

βœ… Payment & Collection Coordination – Manage payment tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.

βœ… Documentation & Agreement Processing – Handle client agreements, registrations, and KYC documentation.

βœ… Home Loan & Banking Assistance – Support customers in loan applications, documentation, and approvals.

βœ… Project Updates & Communication – Provide regular updates on project progress to customers.

βœ… MIS & Reporting – Maintain customer databases, generate reports, and track performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

βœ” Experience: 3-4 years in CRM, customer service, or real estate.

βœ” Industry Exposure: Experience in real estate CRM, banking, or financial services is a plus.

βœ” Skills Required: Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

βœ” Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.

βœ” Proactive & Customer-Centric: Ability to handle client escalations and queries efficiently.

βœ” Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.

βœ” Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
