Role Overview
As a CRM Executive at Nangaliya Ruchira, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing loyalty and engagement campaigns, and ensuring personalized communication across multiple touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction, drive repeat purchases, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted communication.
✔ Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
✔ Personalized Outreach: Develop tailored communication strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences.
✔ Retention & Loyalty: Implement CRM strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
✔ Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback and analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
✔ Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
✔ Reporting: Track and report campaign performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics.
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty marketing (fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred).2. Proficiency in CRM tools/platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).3. Strong communication and copywriting skills for customer-facing messaging.4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign results.5. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns.6. Passion for fashion and building lasting customer relationships.
