Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM / Inside Sales Executive to manage client relationships and drive sales growth in the ICT sector. The role involves handling inbound/outbound sales calls, maintaining the CRM database, generating leads, following up on prospects, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects to conversion.

2. Sales Process Management

  • Present company products and services ( Telecom, Networking, ICT solutions) to potential clients via calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and tenders as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with operations, finance, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of ICT products/services such as Internet Leased Lines, FTTH, Network Solutions, Cloud Services, and Telecom Products.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech, Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience in ICT/Telecom/Internet Service Provider industry (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
