About the Company: We are seeking a highly communicative CRM & PR Executive to manage customer relationships and brand visibility. This role combines customer support with public relations efforts to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Respond to customer queries and complaints via email, social media, chat, and phone. Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring smooth post-sales service. Implement customer retention strategies such as follow-up emails and loyalty programs. Public Relations & Media Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media for brand exposure. Handle PR activities, including writing press releases and managing collaborations. Coordinate sourcing requests and maintain relevant database Customer Engagement Reporting: Track key CRM metrics like customer satisfaction and query resolution. Prepare reports on PR campaign performance and customer engagement. Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Experience in PR, influencer management, or CRM systems.
