Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM System Management:Maintain and update the customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Data Analysis:Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead Management:Nurture leads from marketing, make qualification calls, and convert them into hot prospects for the sales team.
  • Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Strategy Implementation:Develop and implement customer-focused strategies, including customer segmentation and retention programs.
  • Reporting:Provide reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
