Job Description

Arsis Developers is looking for CRM Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
Managing and maintaining the company's CRM system, including data entry, data cleansing, and data segmentation
Analyzing customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns and communications to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business goals and objectives
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM system
Providing training and support to staff members on the use of the CRM system
Conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience
Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions across various channels, such as email, social media, and chatbots

Great go-getter attitude. Female candidates are required for this position. Build and handle a strong network of connections. Knowledge of CRM practices.
