Open Positions:

Junior CRM Executive

Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (preferred MBA in Marketing or related field)
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, coordination & MS Office skills

Senior CRM Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate CRM
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM processes, customer communication, handover coordination, and payment follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end customer communication post-booking.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and project teams for smooth handover.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure timely collection of payments and issue receipts.
Support CRM process improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in real estate CRM (for senior role).
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Immediate joiners preferred.
