We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to promote and sell real estate/construction services. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing innovative marketing strategies to position the company’s offerings effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Management:

o Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, developers, and investors.

2. Sales Strategy Execution:

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
o Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations for deals.o Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

3. Site Visits:

o Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients to showcase property features.
o Address client queries and provide tailored solutions.

4. Market Research:

o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate/construction market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate project sales, leasing, or construction services.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
• Ability to network with architects, brokers, and real estate agents.
