Manage all post sales processes including documentation, agreements , records and MIS letters.
Coordinate with customers for timely payment follow-up and reminders.
Maintain updated customers databases, communication logs and trackers.
Share development updates, notices, demand letters and keep customers informed about upcoming projects.
Address customers queries related to documents, Payments and schedules.
Coordinate with accounts, sales teams and customers for seamless workflow.
Prepare periodic CRM reports and MIS for management review.
Oversee customers handover, snag check and feedback management.
Must be strong in excel and drafting skills for MIS preparation , calculations and letters.
Experience :
Fresher to 2 years
Must be a graduate / post graduate with solid Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Female candidate required .
