Job Description: Treasure Group is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Company Secretary to join our team in Indore. As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in managing statutory filings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as ROC, SEBI, RBI, and others. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate compliances, including changes in company structure, management, and drafting/reviewing secretarial documents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage statutory filings and ensure compliance with ROC, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements. - Oversee corporate compliances, including changes in company structure, management, and secretarial documents. - Draft and review resolutions, notices, agendas, minutes, and other secretarial documents. - Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure timely filings. - Maintenance of documentation and record-keeping. - Provide advisory services on IPOs, QIPs, and related regulatory compliance, including knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations. - Stay updated on corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other related rules to ensure ongoing compliance. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
