CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing members. You will be expected to manage customer communication effectively, both orally and in writing, and resolve any issues within the specified time frame. Your focus will be on improving customer care by providing superior service to our members and expanding our customer base through pitching upgrades and increasing revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture customer relationships with existing members - Manage customer communication through both oral and written channels - Resolve customer issues within the designated turnaround time (TAT) - Enhance customer care by delivering exceptional service - Expand the customer base by promoting upgrades and boosting revenue - Utilize skills in oral and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, negotiation, time management, and computer proficiency - Work towards achieving target-oriented goals - Report to the Branch Manager/Regional Manager Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate or Post Graduate from a renowned university - Minimum of two years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Additional Details: You will be compensated with a salary as per industry standards along with incentives.
