Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Associate to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to resolve complex issues.
Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
Provide insights and feedback to improve customer service processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Assist in creating reports and analysis of customer feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business or Communications).
Proven experience in customer service or CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
