Credit Support Manager - Associate

As a Credit Support Manager - Associate in our Loans group, you will play a crucial role in our banking operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring SLAs, supervising processes such as Deal Closing and Drawdowns, and ensuring compliance with quality and quantity SLAs. You will serve as the subject matter expert, handle complex queries, and maintain a robust workflow model. It will be your responsibility to drive 100% compliance with process policies and guidelines, motivate team members, and identify high-potential employees. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues, identify training needs, and ensure team depth with trained backups for critical work queues. To qualify for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant Credit Support experience in syndicated loans or the financial industry. Knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ is essential, along with expertise in nostro/cash matching, General Ledger reconciliation, and SWIFT/remittance systems. Strong problem-solving skills, a risk and control mindset, and an understanding of investment banking products are crucial. You should be able to drive projects effectively and possess strong people, performance, and escalation management skills. Preferred qualifications include the ability to influence and lead conversations with stakeholders effectively. You should also demonstrate executive presence by summarizing and presenting issues and solutions to senior management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and an understanding of product lifecycle and product management are desirable qualities for this role.
