Description
The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing and validating post-implementation processes and ongoing production monitoring for customer-facing credit risk platforms. This role ensures that all credit risk technology solutions align with regulatory requirements and business objectives, perform effectively, and are stable, reliable, and scalable. The Analyst validates model and platform performance, identifies areas for optimization, and ensures system stability. Key Responsibilities: Post-Implementation Validation: - Design and perform validation of customer-facing credit risk platforms post-deployment - Ensure platforms function as intended, align with business strategies, and meet regulatory requirements - Develop and execute post-implementation validation frameworks - Partner with risk management, IT, and operations teams to address system deficiencies promptly Production Monitoring & Issue Resolution: - Establish a framework for ongoing production monitoring of credit risk platforms - Implement monitoring processes to assess operational performance, data integrity, and customer impact - Resolve production issues promptly, collaborate with technology teams for solutions Customer Impact & Experience: - Ensure reliable performance of customer-facing credit risk platforms - Support initiatives to improve platform stability and customer experience - Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs and evolve production systems accordingly Regulatory & Compliance Monitoring: - Ensure validation and monitoring activities meet regulatory requirements - Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with regulatory expectations - Collaborate with audit, compliance, and regulatory bodies for transparency Risk Management & Control: - Enhance governance and control frameworks for credit risk platforms - Conduct risk assessments to mitigate emerging risks in production systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk controls Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Foster collaboration between business, technology, and risk teams Technology & Platform Optimization: - Design and implement monitoring tools for real-time insights - Support platform optimization efforts for system reliability and accuracy - Conduct performance and stress testing, ensure platform scalability Qualifications: Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or related field - Advanced degrees and certifications preferred Experience & Leadership: - 4+ years in risk management, technology operations, or production monitoring - Knowledge of corporate finance, credit analytics, risk assessment Operational Risk & Technology Expertise: - Understanding of credit risk management, technology platforms, and operational risk controls - Familiarity with modern monitoring tools and risk management frameworks Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: - Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to credit risk and data management - Experience working with internal audit and compliance teams Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: - Strong strategic thinker with problem-solving skills - Experience in driving long-term improvements in production systems Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Good stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to communicate system performance and risks effectively,
