About the Role:

Credit Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete credit customer onboarding: application review, eligibility checks, and documentation.
• Conduct

  KYC validation

  , fraud checks, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with

  Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, and Tech teams

  for smooth onboarding.
• Interact with customers to resolve queries and collect necessary documents.
• Track and report onboarding KPIs and SLA adherence; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain updated and accurate records in CRM/onboarding systems.
• Support

  process improvement initiatives

  to boost efficiency.
• Stay informed on

  RBI regulations

  , compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6 Month 1 years of experience in credit onboarding, operations, or financial services.
• Basic knowledge of

  KYC norms, credit evaluation, and onboarding documentation

  .
• Strong communication skills and a

  customer-first approach

  .
• Proficient in

  Excel, CRM tools

  , and digital onboarding platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies

• Exposure to

  UPI/NACH, e-KYC, and credit API platforms
