Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Officer, located in Varanasi. The Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, analyzing financial information, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves credit assessments, risk management, and communication with clients to facilitate and expand Samvedna's financial services.

Qualifications

• Credit Management and Credit assessment skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in risk management and compliance
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in microfinance or banking sector is desirable
