Credit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Credit Underwriter to join our clients team, responsible for underwriting credit proposals for Mid Corporate clients. The role involves evaluating credit risk for loan sizes ranging from 10 Crore to 50 Crore (Mid Corporate). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in term loans, working capital, and structural products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on corporate entities, their groups, and promoters.
• Analyze financial statements and assess industry/market dynamics to guide credit assessments.
• Engage in site visits and discussions with promoters and CFOs.
• Prepare detailed credit notes, outlining risk mitigation strategies and deal-specific covenants.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, capturing deviations in the credit note.
• Approve or recommend credit limits and transactions.
• Monitor the portfolio and track performance of corporate clients.

Skills Required:

• In-depth understanding of corporate finance, credit risk, and loan products.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Experience with credit proposals, industry analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
