Job Description

Area Credit Manager - Large Corporate and Mid Corporate

Key Objective of the Job:

Handling and evaluating/assessing CAM Notes as well as financial models submitted by the Business Team.
Preparing credit notes/financial models with accurate information gathered from the business team, public domain, and other resources.
Structuring transactions in a feasible manner that complies with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks.
Capturing critical analyses of the business, promoters, industry, financials, and other specific risks related to particular transactions.
Adequately articulating the risks and respective mitigants along with the sanction conditions/recommendations.
At least a few years of work experience in underwriting in the large/mid corporate segment, comprising the evaluation of high-ticket-size exposures.
