Job Description

Area Credit Manager – SBL (Majorly LAP) | Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and approve
Secured Business Loan (SBL)
proposals, majorly
LAP-based
.
Conduct PDs/site visits & ensure credit policy adherence.
Monitor underwriting quality, TAT & portfolio health across region.
Guide & train branch credit teams for strong credit evaluation.
Liaise with Sales, Ops & Legal teams for seamless disbursement.
Track delinquency trends, ensure audit & compliance standards.
Maintain MIS and provide portfolio insights to management.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce.
8–10 years’ experience
in
SBL/LAP credit & underwriting
(NBFC/BFSI).
Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office & credit systems.
