Job Description

Bachelors degree in Fice, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ficial data.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Manage and oversee credit operations for the HUB-CV & CE division.
Analyze ficial statements and credit reports to assess borrowers creditworthiness.
Make informed credit decisions based on risk assessment and market trends.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity.
Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with the HUB-CV & CE team to develop and implement credit strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights on credit performance to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit management.
